bottarga di muggine”, “pane carasau”,
“su scabecciu”, “sa burrida”,
“panadas”, “su porceddu”, “pecorino
sardo”, “anise sausage” , “barbagia’s
hams”, just to cite some.
Our
menu has got the best almond’s sweets such as “amaretti”
and “gueffus”, but also the tasty “pabassini”,
“is pistoccus de cappa”, “bianchini”,
“mustazzolus”, “su gattou”, “is
aranzinos”.
We dedicate special attention to the sweet who has conquered
everyone of our guests’ hearth, that is, sardinian
standard-bearer all over the world, the “seadas”,
a crunchy pastry filled by “pecorino” cheese
and grated lemon peel, fried and covered by honey, a dish
which will give you the sweetest sardinian memory.

Ma But what would a nice dinner be without a nice wine?
Abamar Hotel has at its disposal a wide range of wines,
white, red, sparkling and “moscati” able to
accompany at their best your meals.
Among the red ones, we have of course the “cannonau”
(island’s wine production flagship), the “carignano
del sulcis” (made in the namesake place)
The best white one is without any doubt the “vermentino
di gallura”, a good wine to accompany sea dishes.
For what concerns liqueurs, the “undisputed king”
is the “Mirto di Sardegna” and “su filuferru”,
best served cold.
